In the past he oversaw Healthcare Compliance in nearly all EU and EEA countries at Smith & Nephew, led the Legal Team for Europe & Canada at Cardinal Health and currently is the General Counsel & Compliance Officer EMEA for Cordis. He has been leading several acquisitions, divestures, and subsequent integrations, currently he focuses on establishing Cordis as a standalone company and integrating acquisitions.
